We Drink It Daily, But Don’t Know That It Causes Breast Cancer

Over the past few years the breast cancer rates have increased. The medical experts from Norway believe that the milk is increasing that risk.

A team of researchers discovered that people who drink three cups of milk per day have three times higher risk of developing breast cancer, compared to those who drink just one or half a cup of milk per day.

They revealed that the breast cancer rate is low in countries where the milk consumption is at lower level because the highest breast cancer rates were found in Finland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada and America, which are leaders in milk production and consumption in the world.

Hormones and growth factors in milk have carcinogenic potential, and this also applies to synthetic supplements of vitamin D, which often enrich the milk and other dairy products. The medical experts have discovered that people who suffer from breast cancer, consumed twice as much synthetic vitamin D, unlike the others.

There are other factors which can contribute to breast cancer development such as:

Low consumption of vegetables and fish,
Excessive consumption of processed sugar, dough and pork meat.
Wearing bra can also increase the risk of developing breast cancer (especially if the bra is too tight).

Women who regularly wear bra for 12 hours are 20 times more likely to develop breast cancer in comparison to those who wear it once in a while.
