Folk Remedies for Bronchial Asthma
It’s known that in countries where saunas are used, this disease practically doesn’t exist.
If you don’t have a steam bathroom, here’s what you’ll need to do, to get rid of asthma.
An old, but useful remedy that requires 2 cloves of garlic and 5 lemons can help with asthma. First, chop the garlic and lemon, and put them in a bowl of room temperature water (previously boiled). After 5 days, rinse the mixture, and drink a tablespoon, 5 times a day (before meals).
Wild raspberry tea is also great for treating bronchial asthma. Drink 1/3 of a cup, three times a day.
Cut carbohydrates, milk, and sweets from your diet. You should eat more vegetarian food. A great tea for treating asthma: take equal parts of birch bud, plantain and coltsfoot. Put a tablespoon of this mixture into a mug, filled with boiling water. Drink this tea in 3 rates during the day.
Vegetable juices (fresh) are great for asthmatics, as well as horseradish sauce and lemon juice. Mix 200g of grated horseradish with some lemon juice (2-3 lemons). Drink this in the morning and in the evening, every day. It may bring tears to your eyes, but it will certainly help you. It’s important that you don’t mix this drink with anything. Drink it as it is.
It won’t irritate your kidneys, gallbladder, and the walls of the intestines if you don’t add vinegar.
You can try another great combination. Horseradish and honey. Take a teaspoon of horseradish with honey, every night.
When suffering from asthma attacks, swallow barley coffee or an ice cube. Put mustard linings on your calves, or massage your body with a scrub brush.
The room of the person suffering from asthma, must be ventilated and clean, with no potential allergens – flowers, feathers etc.
