8 Pressure Points You Need To Know To Relieve Bloating, Insomnia, Arthritis And Sciatica Pain, As Well As Digestive Problems!



1. Joining the Valley-for Headaches

The Joining the Valley (L 14) acupressure point is the perfect way to get rid of headache. Also, it will help you with toothaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, arthritis, constipation and hangovers.

The location of this point is in the area between the thumb and index finger, at the highest spot of the muscle when both the thumb and finger are put close together. Close your eyes and find the Third Eye pressure point on the knobby spot on the bridge of your nose between the eyebrows. Using your middle finger, gently press the point for a few seconds to 1 minute and then release. Repeat this  a couple times a week.

4. Sea of Tranquility- for Emotional Healing

The acupressure point Sea of Tranquility, also known as Conception Vessel 17 (CV 17), has a calming effect and removes anxiety, depression, nervousness, hysteria, emotional imbalances and plus, it boosts the immunity.

It is placed in the center of the breastbone, about 4 fingers over the beginning of the bone. When you are in the prayer position, you can press this point. Your palms should be joined and you fingers turned up. Then, the thumbs should press into the breastbone.

Your back needs to be straight, and for that purpose you should sit on a straight-back chair. Do the pressing for several minutes a day in a period of a few months. Take a slow, deep breathe while doing it.
