New STI is Spread… Hundreds of People Are Already Infected

The world is witnessing the development of a new type of STI – many people around the world are already spreading it!

Experts are warning that there is an increased number of cases linked to the new, dangerous STI and the fact is that there are numerous people who aren’t aware that they are carriers. The sad part is that this vicious infection can cause serious problems in the genitalia and result in temporary sterility.

Have you ever come across the term Mycoplasma? Well, most of the doctors have not heard about this type of germs either.

Unfortunately, this infection is transmitted by intercourse and the most of the people suffering from Mycoplasma aren’t informed that they have it because it is very hard to detect the indicators and symptoms.

A number of symptoms include: testicle pain, vaginal bleeding, stinking discharge from the glans penis and pain in the broader genital area specifically during intercourse.

But, the worst part is the impact of this cruel infection on our health.

Experts think that one out of one hundred individuals carry this infection. When it comes to women, those who are infected generally feel discomfort and pain during intercourse, unbalanced bleeding from the vagina, infertility and tubal pregnancy. Men experience a little bit softer manifestations.

Mycoplasma is a relatively common STD, but the fact is that science doesn’t possess very much information about it. What is familiar is that it is caused by explicit bacteria-like microorganisms and appears in the reproductive system.

The term used to explain this infection is used to name a group of bacteria that covers more than seventy species. Although, only exact species that can be discovered in men and women were connected to the development of infection and disease in humans.

A scientific study concluded eight years ago, has proven that the infection that comes as a consequence of the presence of Mycoplasma genitalium bacteria seems to be spreading rapidly and according to some statistics there were more cases of Mycoplasma than gonorrhea in 2007.

To be exact, Mycoplasma cases are the third most numerous STD cases among younger population.

A group of teenagers who were interviewed in the study across the United States, about 4% of them had Chlamydia, 2.3% were diagnosed with Trichomonas, about 1% has Mycoplasma and about 0.4% had gonorrhea.

What is compelling about this is the fact that a study has given almost the same results in the United Kingdom. These results clearly indicate that it is not only the younger population that is at risk, but more and more middle-aged women and men are becoming infected also.
